Early Childhood Supports and Services

Early Child Supports and Services

The Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS) program serves children (ages zero to five) and their families who are at risk of involvement with child welfare and negative early educational outcomes. Families have access to a variety of services from the ECSS provider program. These include assessments and care planning, resource navigation, evidence-based treatments, psychological assessment, and psychiatric treatment. Families are empowered to make informed decisions about their needs, goals, priorities, services, and strategies in their Family Plan of Care.
