Enrollment Eligibility

This program is for pregnant persons and young children aged birth through 5 years and their families who have been identified as being at risk of developing social, emotional, and/or developmental problems. The caregiving adult must have the legal right to consent to services for a child. 

Members must be residents of Louisiana.
