About Us

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) has contracted with Magellan Complete Care of Louisiana, Inc. (Magellan) to manage the Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS) program across the state. This program was implemented to deliver high-quality ECSS care to infants and children ages zero through five, and their families. It includes family-based assessments, planning, and treatments, as well as assisting families in finding the resources they need.
