Early Childhood Supports and Services 

The Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS) program serves children (ages zero to five) and their families who are at risk of involvement with child welfare and negative early educational outcomes.  Families have access to a variety of services from the ECSS provider program. These include assessment and care planning, resource navigation, evidence-based treatments, psychological assessment, and psychiatric treatment. Families are empowered to make informed decisions about their needs, goals, priorities, services, and strategies in their Family Plan of Care.

  2. Send the completed form to: ecssproviderquestions@magellanhealth.com.

Apply to become an ECSS provider

If you would like to become an Early Childhood Supports and Services (ECSS) provider site:

  1. Carefully review the Request for Application (RFA) PDF in its entirety.
  2. Send your responses to the questions on pages 12-15 to ecssproviderquestions@magellanhealth.com by May 13, 2025.
