Mobile Crisis Response Services

These services will help you during the first 72 hours of your crisis to feel better and stay in your home. They will help you until you feel safe and can return to your regular ECSS services. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be accessed by calling 1-855-242-2735. 

Community Brief Crisis Support

These services help during a crisis and can last up to 15 days. They offer support and help by keeping you at home or in the area where you live. This includes calming down urgent problems and finding the right care. This service is an ongoing crisis intervention response designed to provide stabilization and support in the community after the initial intervention by the Mobile Crisis Response. You will need to contact your Healthy Louisiana plan, the Mobile Crisis Response Unit, or a Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center to call Magellan and arrange the care you need to feel better. Community Brief Crisis Support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be accessed by calling 1-855-242-2735.
